Xiu Jing Seow.

Xiu Jing Seow is an Investment Director in GIF's Risk Capital team. Passionate about creating positive change and economic opportunities, she previously held a role at VisionFund, where she managed global lender relationships and capital markets for the network. During her six years with VisionFund, she worked in Myanmar, sourcing funding for local operations. 

Xiu Jing brings experience in private debt and impact investing, along with a solid foundation in finance and tax gained through her work at PwC and multinational corporations. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Her diverse expertise blends financial acumen with a deep commitment to empowering underserved communities.
