Group Finance Director
Nadia oversees GIF’s financial function, including day-to-day management, financial strategy and donor reporting. She has a strong background in building and leading high-performing operations and finance teams, delivering innovative business solutions across a range of sectors including alternative investment, not-for-profit and media.
Nadia was previously Director of Finance and Operations at United World Schools, an NGO focusing on children’s education in Nepal, Cambodia, Myanmar and Madagascar.
Prior to that, Nadia had a career in investment management, including leading the UK Finance team at BCI Capital. This involved overseeing financial control, planning and analysis, regulatory compliance, treasury, tax and HR. She managed relationships with banks, fund administrators, auditors and external advisors in the UK and Jersey.
