Martins is Private Sector Partnerships Lead at the Global Resilience Partnership. With law degrees from Brazil and Harvard Law School, and a decade of experience at the World Bank, she has worked extensively on environmental policy and governance, and building multi-stakeholder platforms, with particular emphasis on the water sector.
