Isabella Horrocks has a mix of experience in social enterprise and development policy consulting. She co-founded a social enterprise in the agribusiness sector in Kenya that aimed to bring innovation to logistics for trading fresh produce in rural markets. From the failure of this venture, Isabella has gained first hand understanding of the process of social innovation. She previously worked for Komaza, a social enterprise that bundled inputs, finance and training to pioneer micro-forestry in Kenya. Isabella has also worked with boutique Consulting firm Castalia, focusing on electricity sector projects with the World Bank in Tanzania and Indonesia. She holds an MBA with distinction from Oxford University, a degree in Economics from the University of Auckland, and a B.A. from the University of Canterbury.
