Caitlin House joins GIF as the Operations Coordinator for Investments after spending 18 months with the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. There she was part of the management team for a staff of over 1,400 and coordinated the 2015 U.N. Financing for Development Conference and the first visit by a sitting U.S. president. Prior to her time in Ethiopia, Caitlin worked for the George Washington University, managing the Center for International Science and Technology Policy and the Space Policy Institute. During her final year at GWU, Caitlin took over the role of Financial Operations Coordinator for the Elliott School of International Affairs. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs with a specialization in International Politics and Development from George Washington University.
